[linuxsh-dev] patch and doc updated

Hello all,

I've updated "Cross development" and "RTLinux" patch & documents. Those
are in the same places as I've last notified:

Building Cross Development Environment:

RTLinux:
<ftp://ftp.aandd.co.jp/pub/linuxsh/rtlinux/current/>

Changes are:
-based on kernel 2.4.5
-uses ext3 patch
-added instruction to cross compile e2fsprogs-1.22

Until now, ext3 file system is working on my target machine as root
without any problem so far. I can reset the target and it is repaired at
boot time very quickly.
