[linuxsh-dev] Documents for ipl, lilo, kernel

[This is a duplicate of email I've sent to lin...@m1... yesterday.]

I wrote three documents, each describes execution sequence of sh-ipl+g,
sh-lilo, and LinuxSH kernel. Those are put here and open to public.

Please note that those are not "DEFINITIVE". I believe those must
contain many mistakes because of my lack of knowledge and experience.
Also my poor English skill may contribute to them.

If you notify me any errors found, I'd really appreciate and will
correct them.
