[linuxsh-dev] DMIDA SCI changes

Hi,

On the Rockwell Datamyte IDA, the SCI port internal to the SH4 is
used to drive an SPI bus in synchronous mode.  So it's not available
as a general-purpose async serial port.  This patch changes the
definitions when compiled for the DMIDA so that the SCI port is
not available.

We would love to hear comments about this patch.
