Greg has merged 2.4.0-test12 changes, and I did for 2.4.0-test13-pre4.
I'll include changes of RTC issues.

I'm not up to date for the things about alignment handling.  If I
remember correctly, current CVS version is a sort of "very kind" for
user space than it should be.

Sending patches to Linus one by one...
