I've committed this, then I sent Linus the update of our kernel to
prepare the support for new Binutils.

I've sent a small patch to binutils.  I think that we're ready to
move to new tool-chain.

With Stuart patch, I've tried GNU C Library 2.1.94, works, but
it's not compatible, we need to update the version number.

When I'll test through the system, I'll send notice to linux-sh.
