[linuxsh-dev] SCI error handling

Hello,

Attached patch adds error handling to SCI.  Tested on SH-4 and
HP690.

Unfortunately I cannot yet say that it behaves properly to all
the possible errors.  Anyway, BRI of SCIF handler was urgently
needed, because only one BRI crashed the kernel with the
repeated message such as "unexpected IRQ trap at vector 2a".

Any comments?  I would check it in later.
