Dear Takeshi-san,

Do you still have this problem?  If so, we need to find and fix
it.

We are able to build the .a version of glibc, but we can't
build it so a hello_world can link to the .so.  I seem to
remember that there was a complaint about some of the symbols
in libgcc.a or something.  I've been meaning to try it out again.
