Also added Jesper's SH7707 changes, and cosmetic changes to make it
compile.

I think that we should support I/O for "unknown" (bare) machine.
Currently, there's no I/O support for "unknown" board.  This is kind
of backward.

I'm thinking adding BIOS call to get I/O offset and interface type
and such.
