Hmm, there were so big changes.  I've hunted some bugs for HP600.

I think that io_hd64461.[ch] are a kind of generic I/O routines
for the system using HD64461 and should be used under
CONFIG_SH_HP600 for now.  I'll create new files as io_hp600.[ch]
if needed in future.

Patches are attached.  They also include changes mainly for
HP600.  Niibe-san, please check them in when they are approved.
I cannot access the repository from the company.
