I've uploaded.  Following packages are now available:

	glibc-shl-linux-gnu-2.1.3.000515-1

It seemed that we could not build glibc-2.1.3 with the newest
gcc-core from CVS yet.  I've built glibc with older
gcc(2.95.2.000228).  This might not the problem of binutils, but
that of gcc-core.
