If you want bigger Ramdisk . increase the buffers and variables used by "rd.c" which is normally set to 4096 . please increase it to suit your requirement. I am not sitting on my computer so i can not tell you the name of buffers and variables but they are defined in "rd.c" and they are set at 4096. find it your self. ok . and do one thing make your RAMDISK again with proper count in "dd" command , which suits your requirement. check that the process of making RAMDISK should be error-free.
