With linux-2.4.0-test1-ac20, almost all is in sync.

The patches remain around:
	(1) Documentation/Configure.help
	(2) drivers/net/ne.c
	(3) files under net/ for CONFIG_NET == 0

I think that (2) is by Takeshi.  With new I/O handling, I guess that
this is not needed any more.  Is that correct?
