I've committed my HP600 code with a little more changes into the
repository.  Thank you all for comments and suggestions.

Some comment lines needed(pointed out by Mitch) are not included
yet.  I found some mistakes in CPG table of SH-3 in time.c, so
I'll submit a patch which corrects them with comments later.
