[linuxsh-dev] Building instructions

Folks

Like many other people, I've had problems putting together a set of tools
and build options which work correctly. Having gone through this again in
the last few days, I've written down what I did, and converted it into
HTML.

Normally I would have posted this for review, but reviewing HTML is
probably not very useful, so I've gone ahead and checked it into CVS,
and uploaded a copy to the web site:
  http://linuxsh.sourceforge.net/docs/building-source.php3

Any comments, please let me know.
