This is due to a problem with the way the files were
checked into CVS.  The generated file got checked in before
the source file, so gmake thinks it needs to be regenerated.

You can either do as Niibe-san has suggested regarding gperf,
or you can use "touch" as described in my earlier mail:

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
