[linuxsh-dev] arch/sh/boot/compressed

I'll add files for compressed kernel.  The work has been done by
Stuart Menefy.  Files are based on his, I took them from:
	ftp.uk.linux.org:/pub/superh/linux-2.2.13-shpatch-0.03.gz

But I've not got success building it.  I'll commit this soon.
