[linuxsh-dev] Intention to import Linux kernel

This is to announce my intention to import Linux kernel
2.3.99pre6-3 tonight, in about six hours.  The repository
will be tagged with "L2_3_99_pre6-3_BEFORE" before the
import and "L2_3_99_pre6-3_AFTER" after the import.
