Thanks for the replies.

Before open a bug at https://bugzilla.stlinux.com. I've open this
thread just to make sure that I'm not doing something wrong.

answering the questions:
@mareksk:
 - I think the libraries are loaded from the right place. See the gdb
command bellow. gdb loads them from the right place.

@Greg:
- See the gdb command bellow
- I've compiled my code with
/opt/STM/STLinux-2.2/devkit/sh4/bin/sh4-linux-g++ -g -o mysand
sandbox.cpp
