I'm not sure exactly what is broken, but the defconfig doesn't
compile. Fixing that is a good start. Remember the problem with
OFFCHIP_IRQ_BASE? It is kind of meaningless for me to try to fix it
because I don't have any hardware to run the kernel on... And maybe
the defconfig is broken itself?
