How to download the sh-boot to flash memory

way to download a program to the flash using it. As I found there is a way=
=0Ato do that through the emulator by manually initializing the SDRAM and=
=0Aproviding a flash writing program separately. But I'm using the gcc as m=
y=0Acompiler and I'm not sure how to do that using open source software too=
