Can't say I'm surprised. I figured the perfect hash table of
keywords would be a fairly static entity and not subject to
change with the SH port.

You could make a trivial change to the produced file to make it's
CVS modification time newer. Or add a checkout script to do the touch.
But I might as well use the gperf patch; I had to build my own
gperf for sourceforge anyway.
