He is obviously a lot braver than me. I started looking at that stuff and
rapidly put it on my list marked "Things I hope somebody else does before
I have to" :-)
As an aside, we now have an engineer working full time on producing a
distribution. It will be based on Montavista's distribution, and we will
be making it available as SRPMS on sourceforge. The guy who is doing it is
a Linux novice, so it may take some time for him to get up to speed. Hopefully
this will result in less duplication and prevent lots of people trying to get
the same programs to work.
Just out of curiosity, how many other people on the list are actually paid to
work full time on Linux for SuperH? We now have 3 here at ST.
