Hi Garett,

could please explain once again what the problem with the release trigger 
dimension exactly was?

Btw, maybe we should reduce the default upper limit of voices? Currently it's 
bound to 128 voices by default, some older boxes might not be able to deliver 
that amount. In future the voice limit, that is the amount of voices when 
voice stealing starts to chime in, should be estimated by benchmarking.
