The max. values for voice and stream count are meant to be fix values, but of 
course customizable. Most probably we will change these compile time 
parameters to runtime parameters, but only in that way that these values will 
be changed by an explicit command of the frontend / script, not automatically 
changed by the engine itself while realtime operation is running. Because 
changing that limit implies reallocation and that of course disturbs realtime 
operation.

Planned for a later stage are also benchmark, stress tests within LS, 
conveniently controllable via frontend / LSCP script to aid the user by 
making such decisions.
