Ok, Benno is currently enabling multiple voices per MIDI Key.  I expect him to 
commit perhaps tomorrow evening.

I replaced the plain Makefile by autools files (that is already in CVS).

We have a CVS log running but it's not included into the LS webpage yet. 
Perhaps we'll add that tomorrow, so you can instantly see the progress of LS 
on the Webpage.

We decided to implement a time stamp event system next; it seems Benno has 
already a pretty accurate idea how it should look like, but we have to 
discuss some issues before starting to code that. The event system should be 
compliant with the most important input standards (e.g. VSTi) and be prepared 
for things that might come in future. Maybe we'll discuss that on the list. 
So articulation handling has to wait until we finished the event system.
