That's already defined in DLS. It will cause not to pitch sample(s) if 
triggered by a key not equal it's root note.

At the moment I'm quite busy. Some of the basic functions are still not 
finished yet (e.g. looping, sustain, etc.), so I hope Steve will find the 
time to pick up the right VCF algorithms in the meantime. If not I will pleas 
you for your result samples (maybe in a week or so).
