[Linuxsampler-devel] libakai update

Hi!

Made some updates to libakai:

	- added SetPos() and Read() methods to AkaiSample class for disk streaming
	- added WriteImage() method to DiskImage class to extract Akai track to HD
	- DiskImage class now capable to read images from regular files
	- and last but not least a bugfix in the main Read method

Benno, the Read() method is eventually still suboptimal, but only a bit. The 
only thing left for me is to clean up the code, but I won't spend time on 
that now as I think it's more important for me to finish the Gigasampler 
libarary.
