Sorry for chiming in here so late, but you might want to know there is also some other code that performs Akai sample format reading, besides the stuff by Sebastien and also besides the "abrowse.sourceforge.net" project; look at http://www.nal.ics.es.osaka-u.ac.jp/~oosaki/akaitools/index.html for a set of Perl(!) scripts that allow to extract data from S1000 CD images. This one works better for me than abrowse at this time. "Thought you might want to know", Frank |
