[Linuxsampler-devel] Updated libInstPatch docs

Just updated libInstPatch API docs. They can be found from the
development page on the Swami web site, heres a direct link:

Also put directions for checking out swami-1-0 CVS branch on the
download page. Please note that all development is occuring on the new
CVS branch and that the current swami-0.9.1 release is hardly related.
