[Linuxsampler-devel] toggle instrument on/off

Hi all,

The use of Linuxsampler seems easy to me. If you do not need an instrument,
don't  sent notes to it.

I discovered that CC 71 works like toggle of/on instrument, stop.

Is this correct, is this the meaning of CC71?
