Yes, you're right. I created an instrument from scratch again with 
gigedit. Without Loops enabled I get the 'irregular structure' message 
in GSEdit3 and with Loops enabled the message doesn't appear. Using 
GSEdit3 to re-save the instrument solves the problem also.
