Yes, I had applied the gain setting to all regions of each instrument in 
gigedit. I loaded the instruments one by one in GSt3 again just now and 
I got the attached result. I must have loaded the same instrument in 
multiple channels yesterday as I didn't modify the instruments in the 
interim.
