The Tascam GigaPiano II instrument, from the GigaStudio3 installation 
CDs, that I mentioned earlier actually has this structure. It seems to 
always be a small file. In the case of GigaPiano it seems to contain 
pedal up resonance data, an impulse response maybe? All the other 
instruments I have which have the .gx99 file are large multi-part 
instruments.
