Found two bugs with gigedit:

1. 'changes apply to all regions' tickbox does not apply dimension changes
to all regions, only the current region selected.

2. Using 'combine instruments' and selecting the modwheel to combine the
instruments by results in only 1 modwheel dimension area having
samples(0-64), and the rest of the samples(64-127, etc) are unassigned/NULL.
