Bongiorno Maurizio, Tag Andreas!

Your build environment being different to that of Andreas' I would  
imagine that you would need some extra flags. IIRC, on 10.5.8 with  
Xcode-3.1.4 and looking at your compilation errors: in addition to "- 
framework CoreAudio" you also need "-framework CoreMIDI -framework  
CoreFoundation" .
