[Linuxsampler-devel] Can you change the license to GPLv3 ?

Hello,

can you change your license to GPL version 3 and drop the GPLv2 exception?

Version 3 disallows to use the open software in a closed hardware system so Linuxsampler would be safe from commercial rip-offs. I assume that is the caution that led to the GPL2 exception.
