Hi all,

Is it possible to get more verbose InstrumentsDB scanning?

Currently there is no sign from the LS console that the operation has
started/finished, and the only debug messages that come up are for
Directories that already exist.

You could raise the sampler's debug level to 2 for getting more verbose output 
of what the instrument DB does when scanning your directories. The debug level 
is currently a compile time option:

	./configure --enable-debug-level=2
