[Linuxsampler-devel] Can't Launch Linux Sampler in Windows 10

I just installed the very latest version of Linux Sampler, but I can't 
get it to run. Both the 32 and 64 bit plugins refuse to load into my 
Tracktion DAW. (Tracktion finds them, but can't load them.)

When I try to launch the standalone Linux Sampler, I get an error 
message that says liblinuxsampler-5.dll cannot be found.

When I try to launch GigEdit, I get an error message that says 
libgigedit-4.dll cannot be found.

Also, when I tried to visit your website's bulletin board, I was met 
with an SQL error message, and it refused to connect me to the bulletin 
board.

For reference, I'm using 64-bit Windows 10. I downloaded the very latest 
compiled binaries from your site, and installed them with the default 
settings.

Can anyone help me get this fixed?

They appear to be missing, or simply not renamed ?

I got round it by checking the LinuxSampler > 64  directory, and doing
just that..

changing libgig-7.dll to libgig-8.dll,  and liblinuxsampler-4.dll to
liblinuxsampler-5.dll  !

..and away, she goes!  ;o)

Ok. I just tried that. I also renamed libgigedit-3.dll to 
libgigedit-4.dll. It seems to be working so far.  :)

Thanks for the report. We forgot to update the Windows installer after
the 2.1.0 release. It should be fixed now, in the "20171203" version.

I marked the affected binaries as not working and updated parent dir's offical 
release installer and README file.
