I was referring to the problem of the date from the master being set to 2018 rather than the current date. I do not remember seeing a description of how the date from your GPS receiver was transmitted to the system, but assuming that the host processor is handling GPS information through ntpd or chronyd then you need to get the system date set into the NIC PTP hardware clock for PTP to utilize the set system time. -- Chris Caudle |
