[Linuxptp-users] Adjust default configuration

I am learning to use linuxptp

I would like to try changing the sync time like 1 second to 2 seconds to 4
seconds ..

I changed logAnnounceInterval 2 &logSyncInterval1   in configs/default.cfg
 but nothing changed

Wasn't that changed?

Exception I would like to know how to use the patch about "linuxptp-devel"
