[Linuxptp-users] [announce] version 1.7 released

Dear linuxptp users and developers,

Version 1.7 of linuxptp is released, a good ten months after the
previous release.  I pushed out tag v1.7 and a tar ball on SF.

Thanks to Henry, Miroslav, and Wolfgang for their contributions!
