[Linuxptp-users] Planning release 1.6

Dear linuxptp users and developers,

Soon it will be time, once again, for a release.  We have two shiny
new features, the tsproc and the hybrid mode.

The tsproc code has been in git for a while, but I only just pushed
out the hybrid mode today.  I would like to release version 1.6 in
about two weeks, so please give the new features a try.

Also, if there are any issues with the current git head, now is the
time to report them!
