[Linuxptp-users] Collecting statistics

Hi all,
I have seen from the source code that it is possible to collect and logs some statistics information about the offset, the delay and some other parameter with ptp4l and phc2sys, but to enable this statistics the max_count value of the stats field of the clock structure must be > 1. I can't find any command line option to set this max_count. Do I have to modify the source code or there is some option that I'm missing?

I'm using version 1.2, I haven't tried with 1.3.
