I use the e1000e driver (version 2.3.2) downloaded from sourceforge.

What do you mean by device IDs ? The device are intel 82574L.

But I tried with an in-kernel driver (kernel 3.9.11 and e1000e 2.2.14-k) and I've got the same problem.
I'm going to try with the driver you propose.
