It looks like ptp4l thinks the port is asCapable. That means that the
P2P mechanism to the Netgear is working (from ptp4l's perspective).

Does the Netgear also show that the port is asCapable, like in a web
interface?

Does ptp4l with slaveOnly=1 synchronize to the Netgear?
