[Linuxptp-devel] How to enable pr_debug() messages

Hi all,
following these instructions :
https://www.kernel.org/doc/local/pr_debug.txt, I've put DEBUG	=
-DDEBUG in linuxptp's makefile and recompiled.

However, I can not see pr_debug() messages appear.

How to enable them?
