[Linuxptp-users] New command line arguments

Dear linuxptp users,

I have just pushed out a patch series from Jacob Keller that improves
the command line and configuration file interface. I think the new
interface is more logical and easier to understand.

However, some of the flags have changed meaning (like -m is now -s,
-s is now -S, etc), so please make note of the new usage.
