[Linuxptp-devel] Trying to use ptp4l

[Bassam A. <als...@gm...>]

I have two machines each one has an i210 Ethernet (PTP Enabled) connect
together via Ethernet cable. I run the ptp4l on both machines, but I don't
see continues correction or any output messages that show the offsets ,
they are on the same output message for an hour! attached the command I
used and the output.

I am I missing something here?

You probably need to increase the log level

No packets are getting through.  Check your firewall rules.
