[Linuxmce-project] linuxmce v0704 not recognizing microsofts new Vista MC Remote

Hi,

I have just installed L MCE but my usb remote
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/productdetails.aspx?pid=065,
microsofts new version was not recognized.

Is there a way to recognise this ? I looked on LIRC project and it was not
listed as a supported device.


Any help would be appreciated

you've so answered your own question ;-)

please forward us (the lirc list especially) the USB ID of your
remote, as per the lsusb output, along with other information you
might have.
we'll check what we can do, but we'll need you to make some tests...
