This small patch adds support for U+A71D (MODIFIED LETTER RAISED EXCLAMATION MARK) to LinBiolinum_Re-0.5.1.sfd and LinLibertine_Re-4.6.5.sfd from the subversion repository. This character is used in linguistics. I haven't added the character to any of the other fonts yet.

I'm attaching two files: a diff file and a .tar.bz2 which contains the modified .sfd files; I've tried to keep the modification to a minimum.
